Ingredients for for clean soup (3L bowl):

*Please note that all ingredients have to be fresh.

  • 6 large carrots
  • 1 small celery root
  • 3 large celery stalks
  • 1 big parsley root
  • 1 big bunch of fresh parsley
  • 10 pcs cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Ingredients for Dumplings:
  • 2 eggs
  • 9 tbsp Semolina
  • salt to taste

Soup preparation:

Cut all the vegetables into medium-sized pieces. Cook for 50-60 min. Strain the soup into another cookware. With a fork squeeze all the juice from vegetables, put the carrots into clean soup.

Dumplings preparation:

Beat the egg in a glass, add a little salt, add 6 tbsp of semolina. Stir everything with the fork until evenly scrambled. Leave the mixture for 3 minutes to swell. With a teaspoon form small dumplings and put them gently into the boiling soup. Cook the soup with dumplings for additional 15 min until they rise and get soft. Dumplings are cooked when acquiring approx. 3x its size. Serve the soup.
